Full LED Coach Headlamp for Irizar Spain

The Full LED Coach Head Lamp product is designed and produced by TYC for IRIZAR, the Spanish-based builder of luxury coach vehicle bodies, It’s a combination of 5 functions that includes hi/low beam, DRL, Turn Indicator and Position lights function into one head lamp. With the self-developed patented grid pattern optical technology, enhanced the light guide homogeneous illumination. By optimizing the optical design it reduce the number of LED use and risk of failure with increasing security usage. It also saves 50% of energy consumed compared to the traditional halogen H4 bulb. Instead of using fan for cooling, the design applies natural efficient air cooling for heat sink efficiency and material waste reduction.
