2009	*	Launched High Performance HID Street Lights & Indoor lighting equipment in domestic markets in January.
	*	Invested in SHANGHAI TUNG CHI HI-TECH COMPANY, expanding production and sales of HID street lights in China
	*	Increased share investment to 100% in CHANG CHUN E-CHI SHI HUAN and changed company name to CHANG CHUN SPARX LIGHTING COMPANY LTD.

2008	*	Started participation in USA LKQ/KEYSTONE AQRP system in May and launched AQRP certified lamps in December.

2007	*	Increased Capital of CHANG CHUN E-CHI SHI HUAN in China
	*	Signed Technical Assistance Agreement with TAFACO, Vietnam
2006	*	Acquired 50% shareholding of IC.
	*	Became 100% sole shareholder of TYC Spain SL.
	*	Reached Sales turnover of US$21 million in December.
2005	*	Participated in USA CAPA insurance certification system in July and launched CAPA certified lamps in September.

	*	50% shareholding of CHANGZHOU TAMAU AUTO LAMPS sold to Visteon Corporation, USA; renamed VISTEON TYC AUTO LAMPS COMPANY,LTD.
	*	Received certification in compliance with Ford Q1 quality certification.
2004	*	Entered into a JV cooperation partnership with FIRST AUTO WORKS and formed CHANG CHUN E-CHI SHI HUAN in China.
	*	TYC and IC Auto Comp. established joint venture company called TYC SPAIN SL, Barcelona sales & distribution warehouse in Spain.
	*	Established a lighting equipment assembly plant called TYC BALTIC UAB in Lithuania.
2001	*	Established T.I.T. INTERNATIONAL CO., automotive lighting equipment manufacturing plant in Rayong, Thailand in March.
