Grievance Procedure

TYC is committed to conducting business with integrity and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We uphold the principles of ethical business conduct throughout our operations and comply with competition and antitrust requirements. Bribery, corruption, fraud, and any other forms of unethical conduct are strictly prohibited.

Any suspected violations of laws or ethical business practices may be reported through our designated reporting mailbox or hotline. TYC has established a reporting and whistleblower protection mechanism, with all reports being handled in accordance with established procedures. Appropriate measures are taken to protect the confidentiality of both the reporter's identity and the reported information. No individual shall be subject to retaliation or unfair treatment for making a report in good faith.

Any person who knowingly submits false accusations, makes fraudulent statements, or engages in defamatory conduct shall bear any resulting legal liability. If a report is substantiated through investigation, TYC will take actions against the parties involved in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Where suppliers or business partners are involved, TYC may terminate the business relationship in accordance with the relevant contractual provisions.
