TYC Brother Industrial Co., Ltd. establishes this policy to demonstrate its commitment to sustainability, assuming its corporate responsibility and obligation in environmental, social and economic development. In order to effectively develop and implement sustainable development and meet the expectations of stakeholders, this policy covers Environmental, Social and Governance of sustainability to respond to the concerns of stakeholders such as employees, suppliers, partners, customers, government, investors, and communities.

Supply Chain

❚ Responsible Supply Chain Management

TYC is positioned in the midstream of the automotive industry supply chain, sourcing from upstream suppliers including plastics, rubber, motors, electronics, and hardware. TYC focuses on strengthening and enhancing the quality, delivery, cost, and service capabilities of suppliers within the system. TYC has also established a supplier code of conduct, guiding suppliers to grow together and make a meaningful impact on the world.

• Approximately 312 cooperative suppliers in 2023
- About 228 raw material suppliers: 94.8% domestic procurement and 5.2% overseas procurement.
- Around 76 non-raw material suppliers: 100% domestic procurement, categorized into labor (contracting and services), materials (general procurement), and engineering (construction and equipment).

Occupational safety and health can improve employee safety and health, reduce labor turnover, and ensure regulation compliance.TYC cares for the safety and health of all employees, establishes a safety culture, and creates a safe workplace to protect the life and property of employees and community residents.

Social Involvement

❚ Social engagement action

TYC has established the "Tainan City TYC Love Association" and the "Compassionate Love Foundation." The funds mainly come from TYC's regular donations twice a year and voluntary monthly donations from internal employees (employee donations accounted for 45%). The foundation oversees the planning and execution of the charitable donations ,which are publicly disclosed. The main beneficiaries are underprivileged families and social welfare groups. In 2023, TYC donated to 31 emergent cases and 28 groups, totaling NT$2,178,040, bringing the cumulative total to NT$26,216,260 over the years.
