The Sustainability Committee is overseen by the Chairman, who serves as the General Supervisor, with the General Manager acting as the Chair of the Committee. One Director also participates as a member of the Committee.

The Chair appoints the directors of each division as accountable committee members, and each division director designates department managers to participate, jointly forming cross-functional task forces.

Through close collaboration and effective resource integration among these task forces, the Company formulates sustainability goals, policies, and action plans (Plan), ensures effective implementation (Do), conducts regular reviews of progress and performance (Check), and continuously strengthens and improves outcomes (Act), thereby promoting the systematic advancement of sustainability initiatives.
