2023 Sustainability Report was officially released

TYC's 2023 Sustainability Report was officially released and has obtained a third-party assurance statement. The report isdivided into six main chapters: "Sustainable Management and Communication", "Governance and Operations", "Green Actions", "Responsible Supply Chain", "Friendly Workplace", and "Social Engagement". Each chapter highlights TYC's achievements and contributions in sustainable development.

2023 Sustainability Highlights:

◆ 106 effective patents and 6 intelligence lighting technology innovations, demonstrating R&D capabilities and continuous enhancement of competitive advantages.

◆ Disclosure of critical material risk management, and selection of material in compliance with the standards of product safety and eliminating harmful environmental substances.

◆ Reduction of GHG emission intensity by 22.3 tCO2e, a 14% decrease from the baseline year, and the ISO 14064-1 verification statement acquired.

◆ Active talent cultivation and launch of online digital learning platform; training expenditure increased by 50% to 3,817,702 dollars, compared to 2022.

◆ Implemention of human rights education and training for 6,153 hours, a 33% increase from 2022, demonstrating the commitment to human rights.

◆ 4 improvements of ergonomics and occupational health and safety risk identification, ensuring the health and safety of sustainable employees.

◆ Public welfare donations totaling 2,178,040 dollars , assisting 31 emergency cases and 28 organizations.

◆ Participation in 7 community activities, including beach cleanups, road safety promotion, and popular science education on lighting.
